Preferred Benefit Solutions Enrollment Philosophy:
    Educate and communicate the value of voluntary payroll deduction benefits.

    Our Enrollment Counselors meet with each employee on a one to one basis. This is the best way to communicate the value of Voluntary Benefits. The Enrollment Counselor's at Preferred Benefit Solutions are experts in the presentation and enrollment of employee benefit programs. PBS provides an educational approach to the implementation and enrollment process. We give each and every employee the personal attention they deserve. Although this is very labor intensive our company's focus is communicating benefit plans to employees so they are able to make informed and educated decisions.


What we do:
    Pre-Enrollment Materials
    Materials are customized and prepared for employees to announce the new benefit programs. Materials are available in several languages as needed and may include payroll stuffers, posters, employee announcement letters, benefit summaries, newsletters, etc.
    Enrollment Planning
    We work closely with the HR Department to coordinate the enrollment. We establish timelines for all aspects of the enrollment from on-site meetings to payroll deduction start dates. We do this so there are no surprises. Enrollments can be paper based or done using laptop computers with the most efficient technology available.
    Enrollment Meetings
    These meetings are conducted at predetermined times in an employee/employer friendly, non disruptive manor. If an employer has more than one shift we will access the different shifts. We have the capability to deliver enrollments in several languages as needed. Objectives include communicating plan benefits effectively and efficiently, explaining premium cost so the employee can make an educated decision.
