We use the latest technology for the enrollment of voluntary benefits. This enables not only efficiency, but visibility of our efforts. Check out some of the management reports for you and your clients to view for large group enrollment:
- Product Report - tracks participation by location and product.
- Payroll Deduction Register - used to initiate payroll deduction.
- Not Seen Report - tracks employees from the census to ensure that all employees have been seen.
- Core Benefits Report - assists employers with premium reconciliation and
updating employee information*.
- Enrollment Tracking Report (summary / detail) - the system tracks the amount of time each enroller spends discussing each product with the employee. These results are displayed in either our summary or detailed tracking report. The enrollment manager can sort this report using up to four different sort options. This report is ideal for evaluating enroller performance.
- Custom Product Report - This report all0ws the user to display deduction information sorted and grouped by any and all or the following: enroller, location, product, or division.
- Census Report - Displays employee demographic information.
- Case Setup Reports - These reports detail how the case was configured. These reports are ideal for verifying the information that was used to create the case.
- Web Based Management Reports - These reports detail all of the laptop based case production for the Home Office as well as providing an area to enter offline case information to consolidate all of the carriers enrollments on one convenient web site.
Core Benefits
As a value added service on larger groups, we can enroll core benefits such as medical and dental coverage. Our system enables the enroller to communicate plan highlights and costs to the employee for all benefits offered by the employer in an attractive and consistent manner.
The system is tailored to meet the benefit plan design of the sponsoring employer, without the need to employ software engineers.
Voluntary Benefits
Our system is customized to include a specific insurance carrier's products. Electronic applications and signature pads eliminate the need for carrier data entry. This speeds the approval process for all applications.
